so we’re technically ready, followed by collection. Here you really need to remember that HYDRA is a CUSTODIAL service, but it is not a BANK that manages your deposits for you. This means that in your own interest, you need to roll your consolidated funds into a wallet under your control as soon as possible.
So here we go…
STEP 1 :
write to your local OPERATOR via Signal :
“Hi, I want to redeem STORE BTC PAY ID : E4UaPSZnawAT5DSRArBCbfKdfcaqjc8mc5sY21ff9jEB”
You can find the details in Stores>Edit
and it’s good to confirm it with the name of your e-shop, in my case:
Store Name “DS KONFERA”
STEP 2 :
the local OP sends you the following message:
“Hi, thank you for using HYDRANOD, expect your billing by email”
STEP 3 :
is boring for the client and you should only read this paragraph if you are interested in what is going on the background … nothing concerns the client 😀
- THE HYDRANOD OPERATOR receives an urgent call from the local operator to prepare a bill for that client and allocate resources to pay it. This will take some time. If the cumulative settlement is extremely large and is spread over both on-chain and off-chain operations, the consolidation may take up to 24 hours. But usually for LN transactions it is done within 15 minutes, unless the HYDRA operator is sleeping 😀
- The HYDRY operator prepares an email (he doesn’t ask anything from anyone, the email is directly linked to the StoreID ) for the owner “E4UaPSZnawAT5DSRArBCbfKdfcaqjc8mc5sY21ff9jEB” where he sends him the billing in a classic spreadsheet in XLS format.
- This xls spreadsheet contains a list of transactions in SATs and the conversion to EUR fiat for our accountant(s) .. because by law we have to account in EUR anyway
- The xls spreadsheet contains in the BALANCE field the cumulative total of the funds in SATS to be transferred.
- And now watch out… the HYDRA OPERATOR will replenish the wallet to the local OP — but NEVER!!! will not reveal to him the exact amount of a particular client’s bill… it’s fucking sensitive data and no record can be stored anywhere (GDPR) . Instead he sends the local OP a HASH (BALANCE) , which is a disgusting jumble of characters from which not even god knows how much he actually has to pay and to whom 😀
- recap: the main OP sends the client the settlement in xls.. and the local OP the HASH of the amount… here his activity ends
STEP 4 :
the client receives an email. He opens the spreadsheet and sees all sales and BALANCE.

Doesn’t hesitate and acts : creates an LN invoice for the exact amount it finds in the BALANCE field of the SATs
- But he does not send the LN invoice back to the main OP by email.. he is forbidden to receive messages !!! throws them straight in the trash 😀
- He sends the LN invoice to his local OP.. it doesn’t tell him anything !!! he doesn’t discuss dudes, he doesn’t bullshit about politics, he doesn’t get involved with topics that have nothing to do with the paycheck !!! just sends him an LN INVOICE for the exact amount of the bill straight to SIGNAL !!!
STEP 5 :
the local OP rolls his eyes at the LN invoice he has received … cuts out the amount of the request and HASHES it !!!
He compares the result with the HASH he got from the main OP.
- The HASH fits … he doesn’t hesitate and cashes the amount immediately !!!
- HASH doesn’t match … he pays nothing to anyone and the mobile number goes immediately into quarantine for at least 7 days !!! or until the client proves that he is authorized to receive the revenue.
STEP 6 :
Assuming that a payout has taken place, the records from the respective Store will be evaporated — disappear. And the client can start the next round of revenue accumulation.
Of course, the client already has the xls spreadsheet record and can use it as he wishes … we will discuss this later
